Home Page

The Home Page is our new landing page when any user enters Kubit. There are four main areas of this page. Top to bottom they are the Getting Started with Kubit, Recent Activity, Favorited Reports, and Tiles sections.

  • Getting Started with Kubit - In this section, users can find quick links to a video overview of Kubit, links to the Report and Dashboard activities, as well as links to our Help Center and Onboarding videos. This section is everything a user needs to get started with using Kubit.

  • Recent Activity - This section shows your most recent activity in Kubit. It's a space where you can go to find your most recent work, and pick up where you left off.

  • Favorited Reports - This section provides a landing zone for all of your favorited reports. All of a user's most important reports can now be at a their fingertips as soon as they log on.

  • Tiles - This section is configured by your admins. They can add links to every user's Home Page to make it easier to find content outside of Kubit. This is an excellent place to include links to Data Governance tools, documentation, or even ticketing systems. To make a new Tile, simply click + Create Tile, give a Title, Description, Link, and Icon, then click Create. Be sure to include the https:// in your link URL.

Cohort and Virtual Event Update Behavior

When users updated Cohorts and Virtual Events before, Report reconfiguration was needed for old Reports to reflect the new Cohort and Virtual Event definitions. Now when Cohorts and Virtual Events are updated by users, they will automatically reference newest definition every time a report is rerun.

Copy Derived Columns Across Tables

Derived Column definitions can now be copied across Tables. This allows for efficient recreation of Derived Columns over similar Schemas and ensures that definitions remain consistent with minimal effort.

Enable and Disable Breakdown Groups on Filtered Dashboards

When filtering a Dashboard users can now toggle Breakdown groups. This will allow for more dynamic visualizations while looking at customized views of a Dashboard.

Query Measure Option Updates

When selecting Measure Options in the Query Report, there is now a series of check boxes to choose from rather than a list. Users can select the Measure and one of the following at a time: Rolling Average 7 (days), Rolling Average 30 (days), Rolling Sum 7 (days), Rolling Sum 30 (days), and Cumulative Sum. If your date range has less than 30 days, the Rolling Average and Sum 30 will not be included on this list.
