AI Explain in Chat, Create Custom Incidents, and Hide/Show Breakdown Groups

Updated over a week ago

Lumos Explain in Lumos Chat Experience

Once you've asked a question with Lumos you will receive a prompt 'Click here to show results'. Once the results have been populated, Kubit can explain the results with AI. When you click 'Explain with AI' it will default to including:

  • Executive summary

  • Key insights

  • Summary statistics

  • Recommendations

You can toggle any of these off/on before executing the summary. By default, any subsequent question asked within this original workflow will follow the logic set in your Configuration. You can click the 'Retry' button to change your selection(s).

Create Custom Incidents

While Kubit has out of the box Incident Types you're also able to create custom ones for your organization.

You can create these from the left click on a data point in a report as you Create an Incident or from the "+ Create Incident" button on the Incidents screen.

Hide/Show All Breakdown Groups

Within the Breakdown, you can toggle between having all of the groups Enabled or Disabled. The best way to think of this is if you want to remove a Group from the view OR if you want to focus in on a specific group or groups for deeper analysis.

Here is a quick example:

You want to see how many Stream were started by the Category of the content. You then want to disable certain Categories for a deeper look at certain categories. You can click to disable the Categories to remove. Then you can reenable the view of all by clicking Enable vs each individual button.
