Dates in Kubit

Kubit provides the functionality for you to custom select important date elements within your instance.

Live Date

The Live Date or "Today" in Kubit represents the current day of data available to you for analysis. This can be different for each customer depending on things like:

  • Data Latency

  • Ingestion pipelines to your data warehouse

  • Business requests to only display data after a period of time has lapsed

In our date picker the Live Date or "Today" will be represented with an orange box around it.

Intervals of Time to Select

Kubit allows you to aggregate your data across various intervals of time. This means whatever time interval you select will be the number of data points you see on the chart for things like Query, Funnel and Retention.

The options available are:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • 4-Weeks

    • This will group based on each bucket of 4 weeks, regardless of what Months those weeks occur.

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

  • All-Time

    • This will group all data into a single data point over the entire Start and End Date range.
